Education, training and qualification
Learn foundations, connect knowledge with practice and develop skills through exercises and workshops. Competence is assessed against programme requirements; the appropriate document follows completion or a passing result.
Current instructor: Ahmad Issam Maadarani Founder and President General, and currently the sole instructor delivering the educational programmes. This identifies his teaching role. Membership or judge accreditation does not in itself identify another person as an instructor.
Distance learning
The platform supports content, progression and assessment according to the programme. Meeting schedules, connection needs, assignments and submission instructions are communicated before enrolment. Delivery arrangements vary by programme.
In-person learning and practical work
Locations and equipment are specified for each announced activity. Culinary skills require practical work. Judging taste, aroma and texture requires actual tasting; photographs and video alone cannot establish these qualities.
