Who We Are?
Who We Are
International Union of Arab Master Chefs
is an independent international professional organization, established in 2018, serving as a regulatory and accreditation reference in the fields of culinary arts, gastronomy, professional accreditation, and culinary judging, within a clear and multi-jurisdictional legal and institutional framework.
The Union was founded in response to a genuine professional need to regulate the culinary sector, establish clear distinctions between training, accreditation, and judging, and reinforce an institutional standard of professionalism based on methodology and accountability.
The Union operates as the parent accrediting body, with institutional integration across its specialized entities responsible for executive professional judging and the supreme regulatory and arbitration authority, in accordance with a clear separation of roles and competencies.
Since 2019, the Union has implemented an electronic documentation and verification system for certifications and professional statuses, ensuring transparency, traceability, and protection of professional titles.
Academy
IUOAMC Academy (International Union of Arab Master Chefs Academy)
is the official academic and training arm of the International Union of Arab Master Chefs, operating within a structured institutional framework for the professional qualification of culinary and gastronomy practitioners, in accordance with established accreditation standards.
The Academy delivers accredited training and qualification programs that integrate foundational culinary disciplines with modern techniques, and operates in institutional coordination with the Union’s specialized entities, ensuring regulatory compliance, clarity of professional pathways, and verifiable credentials.
Accreditation certificate
The accreditation program of the International Union of Arab Master Chefs (IUOAMC) is administered within a regulated professional framework designed to formally document competency and compliance with established standards in the fields of culinary arts and gastronomy.
The Union accredits chefs, institutions, and professional programs that meet defined and published criteria related to quality, professional competence, methodology, and adherence to approved regulatory frameworks, through clear and verifiable evaluation procedures.
Such accreditation constitutes an institutional professional record that contributes to strengthening credibility, professional recognition, and trust within the global culinary community, without in itself conferring any regulatory or judging authority unless expressly granted through a separate written decision by the competent body within the Union’s structure.
Course completion
Upon completion of our accredited programs, participants receive an official professional recognition certificate issued by the International Union of Arab Master Chefs (IUOAMC), confirming that the program requirements related to competency, knowledge, and approved assessment have been duly fulfilled in the field of culinary arts.
This recognition constitutes a verifiable professional record documenting a specific training or qualification achievement. It contributes to strengthening the participant’s professional profile and supports career development and international professional opportunities within applicable institutional frameworks, without conferring any regulatory, representative, or judging status unless expressly granted through a separate written decision.
Diploma certificate
Upon successfully completing the requirements of the accredited diploma program, the participant is awarded a Professional Diploma Certificate issued by the International Union of Arab Master Chefs (IUOAMC), confirming the completion of both the academic and practical components and meeting the approved standards of evaluation and professional competency.
This diploma serves as a verifiable professional credential, reflecting an advanced level of structured and applied training, enhancing the participant’s professional profile and career progression, without conferring any organizational, arbitration, or representative authority unless granted through a separate and official accreditation.
