Education and workforce development
Learning objectives, content, workshops and assessment tools tailored to organisational needs. Sectors include schools, academies, restaurants, hotels, factories, food businesses, caterers and hospitals. Agreements define participant numbers, equipment and training outputs.
Kitchen operations, quality and costs
Professional reviews and workshops on workflow, standard recipes, menu design, costing, procedures and food safety. The offer identifies whether the service is training, review or assessment, and who implements improvements.
Competitions and judging committees
Support with categories, criteria, weights, score sheets, committee organisation, conflict disclosures and decision records. Judges are selected and appointed according to the event’s scope and requirements.
Professional accreditation and cooperation
Review of centre or programme accreditation requests within the competent provider’s declared scope; agreements for activities, knowledge exchange and educational projects. Partnership, representation and centre accreditation are separate pathways and do not replace required local licences.
Creative work and dispute resolution
Documenting work and content within the agreed intellectual-property service. Mediation or arbitration requests are directed to the appropriate entity under the agreement and service scope, separately from competition judging. In hospitals, clinical decisions remain with qualified healthcare staff.
