Controller, data and purposes

Access, tutor and sharing

Access is limited to the learner and authorized staff. Public verification shows abbreviated name, status and frozen subject-certificate hours; marks/evidence remain private. Learners can revoke temporary sharing. When enabled, tutor questions, exchange excerpts and course context may be processed by OpenAI, with optional web search. Avoid personal data in questions; processing is not represented as confined to one country.

Retention criteria and review

Retain certified core records, marks and credentials while needed for verification, learner rights and institutional obligations, reviewed annually. Review raw evidence, photos and detailed sessions24 months after subject completion or the last related appeal closes, preserving frozen aggregates. Financial records follow applicable accounting/legal schedules. Legal holds/open appeals prevent destruction; existing marks are not automatically deleted. Document retention/minimization decisions.

Rights, requests and security

Request access, correction, restriction or erasure where applicable through account requests or the official contact page if access is unavailable. Verify identity minimally and assess obligations before a reasoned decision. Erasure is not a way to hide a valid assessment. Apply relevant legal deadlines; flag privacy requests internally at20 calendar days. Encrypt backups and test isolated recovery, never public download.
