Scope and versions
These procedures serve the extended professional pathway and explain current tools. They do not replace a learner’s frozen agreement, marks or pass rules retroactively. Keep the adopted plan/policy version; changes require a new version, effective date and appropriate agreement preserving existing rights.
Passing and results
Main lessons require3/3 correct, related-subject lessons2/2 plus reviewed applications under the learner’s version; the usual application threshold is80/100. Subject certification requires its evidence and assessments, with40% approved practical and60% final result. Nine new-subject finals comprise60 written and40 oral points. Mathematics, capstone and placement retain their specific gates.
Reassessment, absence and adjustments
A failed assessment receives reasons and correction criteria, then a separately recorded attempt. Preserve prior records. Absence is not completed oral assessment; request rescheduling. Consider adjustments beforehand where possible, preserving competence/safety. Extensions require authorized documented action; merely requesting one does not change a timer.
Integrity and appeal process
Disclose AI assistance/sources and never present generated images or predicted measurements as execution. Give evidence and opportunity to respond to suspected misconduct. Submit mark questions/appeals through the account, preferably within10 working days; late cases are considered with reasons, not auto-rejected. Administrative targets: acknowledgement3 working days, review20, with delay updates. Original markers cannot solely decide appeals against their own marks.
