Submit the restaurant, site and requested assessment scope. Following eligibility review, criteria, dates, fees, expenses and permissions must be agreed in writing before visits begin.

Provide 30 to 6,000 characters. Do not send identity documents or financial information. Supporting competence records will be requested later through an agreed channel.

Use of your information

ICGA uses these details to review your application, assess eligibility and contact you about the Culinary Quality process. Access is restricted to authorised administrators; names are not automatically published. Applications will be reviewed after 12 months to remove information no longer needed, unless a subsequent relationship or legal obligation requires retention. For access, correction or withdrawal requests, use the contact page and quote your reference.
