Applications are open for assessment, decision review and independent appeals roles. Competence, training and conflicts are reviewed before an appointment agreement is prepared. Both parties must accept and sign before an actual assignment.

Use of your information

ICGA uses these details to review your application, assess eligibility and contact you about the Culinary Quality process. Access is restricted to authorised administrators; names are not automatically published. Applications will be reviewed after 12 months to remove information no longer needed, unless a subsequent relationship or legal obligation requires retention. For access, correction or withdrawal requests, use the contact page and quote your reference.

I will act impartially, disclose relevant financial, family, employment and training relationships, update disclosures before each assignment and decline unresolved conflicts. I will protect confidential application and assessment information accessed during training or a later assignment and will not use or publish it without authorisation. I agree to complete required training and calibration before an assignment. Applying does not make me an appointed assessor or authorise me to issue certificates. If applying as an independent appeals reviewer, I confirm that I am not an ICGA owner, director or employee and will not review a case whose assessment or decision I participated in.
